Shipping fee of your order will be displayed to you on our website when you checkout.

Local Delivery(Malaysia)

We deliver through Gdex Malaysia nationwide at RM8(WM) and RM12 (EM).

International Shipping

We ship to Singapore, Australia and United States too. For international deliveries you may check shipping rates to your respective countries upon checkout.   

Free Shipping

Orders above RM150 for West Malaysia are entitled to free shipping.

Orders above RM250 for East Malaysia are entitled to free shipping.

Orders above RM600 for Singapore are entitled to free shipping.

Our mailing day is Monday to Friday, excluding weekend and local public holiday.

Ready stocks order will be mailed in 1-3 working days upon payment verification (except the order have included backorder items that haven't arrive).

For order consist of backorder items & ready stocks, kindly note that order will be mailed out only when all backorder item(s) has arrived. Customer could request to ship out ready stocks items for order consist of backorder items and ready stocks with extra postage fee. All orders are shipped out according to order number, no combined order is allowed.

Once the tracking number is emailed to you, your parcel is under the responsibility of our third party postage service provided, any delay or lost parcel happened is beyond our control.

For international order, import duty and custom taxes might be charged when it reaches destination country and recipient must be responsible for it.
