TLC VIP is a rewards plan for our fans to redeem rewards, receive member exclusive promotions, and the latest fashion news.
Once you've joined our loyalty program, you can upgrade and earn rewards with every purchase you make. By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.1 How can I be a member?
*When a Membership is terminated, all coupons and rewards associated with the VIP are forfeited.
Simply register for an account in our website and be part of our basic tier member.
1.2 How to accumulate points?
- Every RM1 ringgit spend can gain one point.
- Earn 10 points once you create an account
- Earn 50 points respectively once you follow our TLC's IG/FB page
- Earn 100 points during your birthday ever year
- Get RM5 for referral
1.3 How do I upgrade my membership tier?
Your membership tier will be upgraded once you have accumulated the minimum spent for that specific tier level within 6 months.
1.4 Is my membership tier permanent?
No, when your total retail purchase of goods reaches a certain target in 6 months it will automatically be upgraded to TLC VIP. Tier will last for 6 months and our system will update each VIP tier every 6 month according to the purchases that reaches a certain target.
1.5 Does the points accumulated remain permanent?
Yes, accumulated points will last for a year. The points will be reset if you don't earn or redeem points in the past 1 year. For example: Points accumulated from 1st January 2023 till 31st December 2023 expires on 31st of December 2023.
1.6 Can I get basic entry reward if I signed up the account last year before VIP program commence?
Yes, for previous signed up customer you need to login back to TLC account and placing the new order. The entry reward will afterthat appear on your account automatically.
1.7 What are the benefits of joining TLC VIP?
Each membership tier will enjoy different tier's entry reward, vouchers!!! For more information please refer to our membership form below.
1.8 Why can’t I enjoy the membership discounts when I have reached the
minimum amount in last 180 days?
Kindly allow a minimum duration of 1-2 working days for us to update your membership tier. Kindly ensure that you have logged into your account before starting to shop with us.
